Cardiologist visits Kindergarten – Wednesday, 4 March
The Kindy students were excited to welcome Blair’s dad to the classroom. Dr Jay Baumwol is a Cardiologist and visited the students to explain his job and to talk about the important work the heart does in our bodies.
Pre-Kinder visit to the Library – Thursday, 5 March
The Pre-Kinder students visited the Junior School library where they spent time discovering the wide array of books on offer and choosing some to borrow for their classroom. Mrs Musca read the girls a story before they headed back to the ELC, laden with new books for everyone to enjoy! Happy reading girls.
Year 1 Heart Buddy
For the Year One inquiry project, the girls asked, “How best can we ensure that everyone belongs”. We are exploring ways to communicate, connect and create foundations in relationships. The Heart Buddy initiative has scaffolded and promoted what makes a good relationship.
