Penrhos College is a Uniting Church day and boarding school for girls, Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. We are happy to accept registrations for any Year level at any time, but please note that registrations are processed in order of receipt, with entry to Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7 in particular demand.
Therefore, an early registration is encouraged, though not always essential, as vacancies do occur. Our Enrolments Officer can advise you on whether places are available at your desired Year level and answer any questions you may have throughout the enrolment process.
Prospective families are encouraged to attend a Tour Event or contact the College to make an appointment for a personal tour.
Limited places are available in some Year groups for 2022 entry.

Enrolment Process
There are three stages of enrolling your daughter at Penrhos College, as detailed below.
Application is the first stage of enrolling your daughter at Penrhos College. It is an expression of interest and not a formal commitment by either yourself or the College.
Applications are processed in order of receipt and your daughter’s place on the waitlist will be allocated based on the date of original application. Preference is given to siblings of current students and to daughters/granddaughters of past students.
At the time of submitting an Application Form you will also be required to provide a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate, immunisation record and, if applicable, copies of her passport and family visa documents. The current Application Fee is $110 per daughter (inclusive of GST). Students commencing in Pre-Kindergarten and/or Kindergarten are required, under current WA legislation, to be up to date with their immunisations. Please click HERE for further information.
The Enrolments Office will send an acknowledgement of your application and confirm the current situation with regard to an offer of a place or placement on the waitlist.

APPLY HEREAt Penrhos College, we commence offering places two years prior to your daughter’s anticipated commencement date and continue making offers until all our available places have been taken up. As soon as a position becomes available for your daughter, we will contact you with an offer of a place. Should your registration be received within two years of commencement, the process is accelerated.
At this time, we will send you a formal letter of offer, and request completion of an Enrolment Form for your daughter and payment of the Family Confirming Fee. Full details of this non-refundable Family Confirming Fee can be found here. This Fee covers all daughters who attend Penrhos College, and only needs to be paid once per family.
Once the Enrolment Form and full Family Confirming Fee have been received, your daughter’s place at Penrhos in the year offered is guaranteed.
In the year prior to your daughter’s entry to Penrhos, you will be invited to attend an interview with the Principal or, if joining our Junior School, the Head of Junior School. During Term 4 of this year you will receive other important information to ensure your daughter’s smooth transition to the College, including orientation information, course selections and available electives. You will also be requested to complete a number of forms, including a medical history form.
