Communication protocol and complaints

Penrhos College is committed to providing a safe, professional, high quality education and learning environment for our students.

If you are concerned about any aspect of your daughter’s experience (or your own), please refer to the Communication Protocol Statement. In most instances, matters of concern can be resolved promptly by speaking with a member of staff.

Where your concern can not be satisfactorily resolved in line with the Communication Protocol Statement, please complete the form below and our dedicated College representative will contact you as soon as is practicable to discuss. Role of the Director General

The Director General of the Department of Education is responsible for ensuring that the school observes the registration standards, including the standard about its complaints handling system. Any student, parent or community member is entitled to contact the Director General with concerns about how the school has dealt with a complaint. Information is available on the Department of Education website. While the Director General may consider whether the school has breached the registration standards, she does not have power to intervene in a complaint or override the school’s decision.
